Not too long ago I showed my daughter Regina the sales page for a product on
generating income online.
The sales pitch went something like this:
This brand new method really works. You'll earn $X or more. Just apply the method.
What's wrong with that sales page, I
asked.
"I have no idea what the product is," said Regina.
Exactly.
Just some vague promises. You have absolutely no idea what you'd be doing. That's the reddest of red flags.
It's the opposite with eCommerce. Here's what you do:
(1) create an online store (use Shopify as a shortcut);
(2) find (but don't hold any inventory of) products to sell (we'll tell you where, by the way);
(3) research the kinds of people who buy those products (e.g.,
southern women between ages 45-64);
(4) pitch the products to those people via Facebook ads, which can pinpoint your precise demographic.
In a recent episode of the Tom Woods Show I featured a number of people who have had tremendous success doing precisely this, and they got started only about six months ago.
As for those four steps, eCommerce expert Fred covered them all in our webinar last week.
Some of you couldn't make it: 3:00pm Eastern on a work day may not have been ideal.
So we're holding another one,
emphasizing different material, this coming Thursday. And it's taking place at 8:00pm Eastern, outside business hours, so it'll be more convenient to attend.
At least watch. Maybe this is precisely what you've been waiting for.
