this libertarian calls everyone a racist as if he's compensating for something

There's a guy out there. You may know him.

Years ago, he held views on race that would have shocked you. He made comments that would make your skin crawl. He passed around the most extreme literature on the subject you can imagine.

Today, he sanctimoniously lectures the libertarian world about sensitivity and cultural diversity.

He has attempted to remake himself: according to him, he'd figured out his current, p.c.-friendly views many decades ago, and he's been consistent ever since.

Not quite.

Now in this person's case, the thing to do would have been to say, "Look, I used to think one way, but I've genuinely and non-opportunistically changed my mind. We all have our skeletons, and I'm going to spend my days making things right."

Instead, he's gone on the rampage against people whose views are nowhere near what his own once were, trying to buildĀ up his personal brand at the expense of these other people.

This is what some people become when they have zero job security.

They'll lower themselves to whatever level of degradation and self-preservation they have to, in order to make a name for themselves and keep the paychecks coming in.

You don't want to be that guy.

You want backup income, or a job you can't be fired from.

We're covering different material in the next eCommerce workshop I'm doing with expert Fred Lam this Thursday night.

Right now I'm on board the Contra Cruise, and just last night at dinner I was speaking to a guy whose friend got into eCommerce through my recommendation, and just did 60K in sales last month.

Another one: back in August, Tom Woods Show listener Amy Thiessen posted this:

"Yesterday was a 1k day! I started [in eCommerce] hoping to make a couple hundred extra bucks a month... but darn it I'm planning on August reaching 30k [she wound up doing 35K].

"I started this course 7 months pregnant and already dreading returning to work... now it looks like I'll be making more during [the baby's] nap time than I ever could have at my job."

Believe me, I get that it sounds unreal. But opening an eCommerce store is indeed very newbie-friendly -- the technology that supports you is astonishing.

Might as well at least listen.
