Rich plan underground doomsday neighborhood; what you should do instead

Here's a headline for you: "Rich Plan Underground Doomsday Neighborhood."

Complete with off-grid energy and water production, homes in this $300 million underground community will enjoy retail shops, restaurants, a golf course, zip lines, and more.

“We’ve evolved it into long-term sustainability instead of a survival community,” says the Trident Lakes CEO.

You and I probably aren't moving in anytime soon.

If the full-fledged doomsday scenario ever unfolds, well, I suppose I'll have to cross that bridge when I come to it.

But anything short of that, like a financial meltdown? I'm prepared -- and I won't have to go underground.

I'm not relying on the stock market, whose fortunes can fluctuate. Instead, I've built up multiple income streams, such that if one or two of them should dry up, I'm still OK.

Friends of mine are having mad success in eCommerce, working on their own businesses from their laptops.

Anyone can do it if they know what they're doing. Most people don't.

To my mind, the most important online event of 2018 -- and I can say this without fear of contradiction even though it's only January -- is the eCommerce webinar Steve Clayton is putting on for my readers this Tuesday (January 23).

Don't say "2018 is going to be my year" and then do nothing differently.

Kick the new year off right by joining me on Tuesday:
