I guess you know how this turned out:
I originally had tickets to see Genesis in New York, on their final tour.
I bought the tickets well in advance. I wasn't sure if the concert would even go on, or if New York would shut down large events. But I figured: why not.
And then New York was closed to me.
So:
Columbus, Ohio, it is!
I head there tonight, and the concert is tomorrow. No testing or vaccine requirements for the show there.
Incidentally, when Peter Gabriel left the band in 1975, they auditioned hundreds of people to replace him before realizing that their drummer, Phil Collins, sounded better than any of them.
How about that.
Sometimes we don't realize what we're capable of.
Although I usually address myself to beginners, this week I've focused my attention more on those of you who already have online businesses, to which you might add a coaching element.
My beginners, for their part, have largely thought: I couldn't do that.
There's no reason that a beginner couldn't build a coaching business. But you need to know how to get clients.
You're like Phil Collins in 1975, not realizing what he had in him.
By 1985, Collins was an international superstar.
But there's no getting from 1975 to 1985 without taking a step.
Here's that step.
There's a live event taking place online tomorrow, hosted by a premier coach, that will teach things like:
-- the #1 skill of high-paid coaches - the one thing that the highest-paid coaches do that earns them high fees for their coaching
-- three ways to grow a coaching business very quickly
-- how to sell without hype
-- how to quickly develop your confidence and credibility
-- how to create and name your “branded coaching package” -- so you can charge more for your coaching
Coaching is a great business, and if you know what you're doing, you can make an excellent living at it.
