By now you have surely heard about how the Biden administration has been trying to redefine or throw confusion into the definition of the word recession.
They don't like the traditional definition, whereby a recession is characterized by two consecutive quarters of negative growth.
You can probably guess why they don't care for that definition.
The White House press secretary was recently asked about this redefinition of the term, and flatly denied that they were redefining the term.
On the other hand, it is after all the job of the press secretary to make excuses for crazy presidential actions.
But this isn't the only weird and convenient change of definition over the past couple of years.
Remember "herd immunity"? They sure changed that one.
Then the ACLU argued that freedom meant vaccine passports.
Now if there's one thing a revolutionary hates, it's people who stick to the old ways -- or, in this case, the old definitions.
That would be you and I, dear reader.
It isn't because they love you that they came for your job, your money's value, your inexpensive energy, and your children's minds.
It's been said that living well is the best revenge.
If that's true, you and I are about to get the sweetest revenge of all on these people.
