Last night I paid a surprise visit to some of the online accountability groups in my School of Life program, where people are starting businesses, growing businesses, brainstorming, losing weight, getting fit, whatever.

As long as they have a goal, my groups will help them reach it.

We are getting things done in these groups by sharing knowledge, encouragement, contacts, you name it.

I was struck by a woman who said she hadn't had any kind of entrepreneurial goal but she'd heard the groups were really valuable, so since she was a School of Life member anyway, she figured what the heck, she'd check them out.

And thanks to the group, before the year is out she'll have a cookbook published!

The spirit in the groups was so contagious that she decided to take action herself, and now she has a cookbook coming out.

That is exactly the spirit all of us should have.
