Last night, after seeing the amazing magician Shin Lim and having a late dinner, we watched Bride of Frankenstein (1935) in our Vegas hotel room.
If you don't want spoilers, skip the next paragraph.
If the woman in question never marries the Frankenstein monster, is never engaged to him, never finds him attractive and never even considers a relationship with him, it's rather a stretch to call her his "bride," is it not?
We still enjoyed the film because we like Boris Karloff, it was directed by James Whale, who directed the
original 1931 film, and it once again featured the tragic Colin Clive (who would die just two years later, at the age of 37) as Dr. Henry Frankenstein.
What matters to you, dear reader, is something else I did yesterday in Las Vegas: with Matt McWilliams I co-hosted a presentation on affiliate marketing, which is a nice way to get into business online when you have
nothing of your own to sell.
We covered a ton of material, and I threw in plenty of my own insights from years of doing these very things.
You do not need a massive following, or indeed any following at all, to get started.
If you can carve out a little time this weekend to watch it, including the Q&A portion, it will do you a lot of good. It will be coming down soon, so if you have any interest in it at all, and I certainly hope you do, please give it a go.
