On Friday night Ron Paul bestowed a lifetime achievement award on Lew Rockwell, which meant literally placing a medal around his neck.

This award had been kept secret from Lew. It's the reason I gave the luncheon talk I told you about last week: I knew Lew was receiving the award, so it seemed like the appropriate day to deliver my tribute.
