Dan Kennedy says the majority is always wrong.
That may be a bit extreme, but I think he's mostly right.
I do a lot of things differently.
Most people hesitate to mail their lists. My dear reader, you know I do not have this problem.
Most content creators have a "Substack." I don't. I have a traditional mailing list.
Most people are afraid to sell things. They'll sell something every fifth contact, and even then they'll apologize for it. Not me.
Most people try to be loved by everyone, thinking that's the way to get ahead. Not me. I'm happy to repel certain kinds of people in order to attract the kind of
audience with which I can have a mutually beneficial relationship.
And most people will persist in a lifestyle (and occupation) that brings them no joy or fulfillment. Look around you. That's exactly what they do.
Most people, in short,
will march right off a cliff if you tell them to (and indeed that's exactly what they did in 2020, when their alleged betters told them to).
I get that something in our nature prefers stability over change.
But look around you, again,
at all the other people who prefer stability over change. Do you envy those people?
Then why would you want to be one?
We will help you get out, and into something that doesn't crush your soul.
Just try us for a month. One little month. And see what happens.
