My guest on episode 3 of the Tom Woods Show was Jethro Tull's Ian Anderson, who enraged metal fans in 1988 by beating out the heavily favored Metallica at the Grammys in the Hard Rock/Heavy Metal category.
Jethro Tull has sold over 60 million albums worldwide. Not too shabby.
Before having Ian on the show I also got to visit with him backstage for roughly half an hour in Kansas City. Quite an interesting fellow.
They have a song called "Working John, Working Joe," which no doubt describes people in numerous occupations:
I commute eighty miles a day ---
up at seven to make it pay
I direct ten limited companies
with seeming consummate expertise
two ulcers and a heart disease
a trembling feeling in both knees
That holds no appeal for me -- or for you, dear reader.
People in some occupations may generate more dough than I do, but I have no passion for any of those occupations, or I don't want the long hours.
In turn, not everyone wants the kinds of businesses I myself operate, centered heavily on email marketing and memberships (I operate three membership websites).
So here's a fun alternative you'd probably never have thought of.
Public domain art is in heavy demand, and you can use free AI tools to create sellable content for this demand with just a few mouse clicks. It's not hard to market that content, tweak it into a dozen new products and fill your (virtual) store shelves.
And public domain art products don’t sell well just on Etsy, though there is a
huge market there. They are also highly in demand on:
Society6
Zazzle
Printful
RedBubble
CafePress
and any print-on-demand site you like.
Amy Harrop's new training walks you through everything you need to succeed in creating, marketing and selling public-domain art products -- with free AI tools doing the work for you.
Here’s just a sample of what you’ll discover:
