They've got you captive in their crummy system for years and years, and none of them bother to teach you how to make yourself useful in society. But you sure learn that molten rock is called magma!

Two days ago I met a guy who works three days a week doing something he loves, and clears six figures profit every year.

Know what he is?

A hot dog man.

The little community where I live has a big outdoor market once a month, and he's always there selling hot dogs.

I'm the strike-up-a-conversation type, so on Sunday we started talking about his business. He explained his advantages over the food-truck vendors there -- they have vehicles that get five to six miles per gallon, he said, and hiring help for a whole day is also costly.

Whereas he's just a guy with a cart and a simple business model.

All kinds of possibilities like that are staring people in the face -- but they all involve taking people out of their comfort zones, and nobody likes that.

Which is why the few who actually do it do so well.

As I can tell you from experience, it's much easier to collect a paycheck -- until that paycheck isn't there anymore.

So, my suggestion to you for today:

A brand new docuseries is about to be released called Six Figure Side Hustles.

I used to hesitate to tell people about programs -- really good programs -- if they had dollar amounts (e.g., "Six Figure") in their names. Most people just won't believe it, I thought.

But I don't think that way anymore. Six figures a year is just $274 a day -- hardly an astronomical or unreachable sum.

The series -- which is free -- covers two to three side hustles per episode. Everything from getting into Airbnb or rentals, or coaching and consulting, or selling information products, or being a part-time freelance writer, or using Amazon or Shopify, just plain starting a business -- or even unloading crap in your garage that will bring in more than you think.

There are tons of areas where people willing to try something different have generated very satisfying results.

But instead of figuring it all out from scratch, let people who do all these things for a living explain it to you, and accelerate you to results of your own.

I was thrilled to see that the first episode features the great Mike Filsaime -- I heard him speak at a conference I attended in 2019 and took feverish notes through the entire thing. I implemented one major thing he suggested and it generated instant results.
