You'd think nobody could make a living riding a unicycle.
You'd be wrong.
When Fiverr first got started, most of the offers were extremely oddball
services.
For instance, I paid someone in a Third World country to put my message on his oxcart and film himself pushing it around. This was a service he offered to anyone who paid for it. Another person said he'd record himself dressed as a pirate and deliver my message in a pirate voice. And -- yes -- still another said he'd hold up my message while riding a
unicycle.
Who could have guessed that people could make decent livings doing things like these?
I haven't used that unicycle guy since (or indeed the pirate or the oxcart guy), but for all I know he's still out there, bringing
unexpected happiness to people all over the world.
My point: there are many, many ways to use the technology of our time to generate a side or primary income.
I've been telling you about a docuseries that will run through a whole bunch of them, with each one introduced and explained by a successful practitioner of
it.
I assume a series like that will be of interest to anyone reading this email, but just in case it isn't, at the very least your older children should watch at least portions of it.
Nobody wants to send kids into the world with
nothing but "go to college and then sit by the phone until someone considers you useful."
Here's how to get the whole series at no cost:
