I mentioned this week that as a bonus to anyone who gets Amanda Craven's program on how and where to get paid online for your writing, I would send you a members-only video I made on how to become a better writer.
As you know, I have lots of experience in this area.
Honestly, by far the best way to improve as a writer is by reading good writers yourself. Almost by osmosis, your brain absorbs the ability to recognize, and in turn, produce high-caliber writing.
I include a list of some particularly good ones, whose writing will
indeed help you improve, in the video I'm giving away.
I also critique some writing samples submitted by attendees. This is another good way to have your writing improved: lots of before-and-after examples of an editor taking his pen to a first draft.
It reminds me of Irving Chernev's book Logical Chess: Move by Move, in which he examines some classic games and explains the rationale behind every move, so you can get into the mind of an experienced player.
But in addition to the various big-picture things I teach in this video, I also give an example like this to see who knows the
answer.
Which of these is correct?
I am a fan of Michael Malice and his book, The White Pill.

When I asked (not this precise example but one exactly like it), attendees were divided. Half thought one and half thought the other, and I think most people were guessing.
There is a right and a wrong answer to this, and I explain it in my video.
In short, it's well worth watching.
Forward your receipt for Amanda's program to bonuses@tomwoods.com and that bonus is yours.
(By the way, when under the price -- which is low -- of Amanda's program it says "only one copy left" or whatever, it means at that price. It's on a dimesale, so the price goes up slightly with each purchase. That's why it's best to grab it sooner rather
than later).
This bonus offer expires tomorrow at midnight.
