Yesterday I spent nearly three hours waiting to speak to someone from the TSA.

The situation is this: when my five daughters were younger, they automatically got TSA PreCheck alongside me. But as they're becoming adults, they now need their own memberships.

So there we were at the Staples in St. Cloud, Florida, waiting for our 4:20 appointment.

(Make all the 420 jokes you want, but it was just a coincidence.)

Apparently, a technical glitch at the beginning of the day had thrown off all the appointment times.

Now meanwhile, I've just come from the gym, so I'm a mess (and dressed like a slob to boot), plus I need a haircut and a shave.

Against this backdrop, while we were waiting a stranger approached me and said, "Are you Tom Woods?" Just the moment when I wanted to be recognized!

He was a podcast listener and he said he recognized my voice when I asked a question.

At any rate, we didn't get called in until about 7:00pm.

That meant I didn't have time for dinner before appearing on my friend's podcast at 8pm.

Blech.

You, dear reader, have an appointment today also, but at least you can wait for it in the comfort of your home.

Tonight is the world premiere of the Six Figure Side Hustles docuseries. No, I don't like "Six Figure" in the title because most people will consider it unbelievable, but generating $273 per day really isn't all that unbelievable (especially with the value of $273 dropping all the time).
