I won't say the name of
the organization, but a couple of months ago I was invited to give a speech. The letter said they could pay me $25,000.
I thought, wow, that's a nice speaking fee right there.
It seemed fishy, though, so I gently inquired with a friend
who worked there: it seems as if I'm being paid an exorbitant amount to speak...?
He said no, we have a big budget for this event.
All right, then.
Well, last week I received the speaker
agreement I had to sign.
And there, on the compensation line, was what I was being paid: $2500.
The guy inviting me had added on an extra zero by mistake.
Well, that was a bit awkward and embarrassing.
Sometimes, though, chopping off a zero can be a very good thing.
Like with the Amazing company, which has been around for 11 years and has
trained virtually all the wildly successful Amazon sellers you've ever heard about.
They've now made their training much less expensive, and available on a monthly basis, too.
Here's something easy to understand, easy to explain to
other people when they ask what you do, and taught by a company with an excellent track record.
And they'll let you test it out for free to see if it's for you.
Why not give it a shot? Here's the link:
