It's probably tacky of me to share this. But all right, I'm tacky.

Until today the only other person who has read what I'm about to share with you is Jenna, my wife.

As people headed home (we weren't even at the airport yet!) after our first high-ticket mastermind meeting in July, Marlon Sanders had already written an information-packed 26-page memo for attendees.

One member said: if I had to write 26 pages in that amount of time, it would look like monkeys had written it.

At the end of that memo I was so moved to read the following:

The measure of a man is how he treats people when others aren’t looking. Tom was so generous to my wife and me. He’s a generous, giving person BEHIND the scenes when he’s not on stage.
 

As is Jenna.
 

You should know this.
 

It means something.
 

All too often, people treat hired talent less than respectfully in this business. Tom is a true gentleman.
 

There’s a little poem about that. It pertains to a lot of things. But we’ll leave it at this for now.
 

It was a pleasure meeting each and every one of you.
 

I’m sure I’ll see you again in this life or the next.
 

Until then, remember.
 

Marketing is the greatest force in the world.
 

It changes lives.
 

Saves businesses.
 

Creates money from scratch.
 

It takes a man or woman who is nobody with nothing going for them and puts wings on their dreams so they can fly.

I get choked up reading that.
