I've had people write to tell me they got married because they met at one of my events or in my private group. That's wild.

Or this: two people in the in-person business mastermind I run are working together on a campaign that one of them is drafting for the other one's business. Unless I don't understand how the world works at all, it's going to make each of them a small fortune.

I had nothing directly to do with it. But they met and devised the idea thanks to a group I launched.

If these two guys hadn't brought themselves together in this mastermind, what they're about to accomplish could not have happened, period.

Want something like that for yourself? More often than not you have to make it happen, just as they did.

Folks, the bad guys want to keep us isolated and dependent on them. I want the opposite. I want our people getting serious, meeting each other, working together, and making themselves successful -- and unbreakable.

As for me, until 2012 I more or less just let life happen to me. And make no mistake, a lot of great things did happen to me.

But from 2012 until today, I made a deliberate effort to make things happen.

I broke out of my routine. I started learning from anybody who had something to teach me. I started creating things. I started networking with people who could help me and whom I could help in return.

Just yesterday I set up a meeting with a guy I met through my networking efforts. We're going to work on an exciting project later this year that is going to help a boatload of people and generate a very good result for ourselves.

That didn't happen at random; it happened because I found a good circle to belong to.

Now when in 2023 I launched my in-person mastermind, which is the elite version (and if you're interested in that version, reply to this email and we'll talk), I had a ton of people saying they'd love that for themselves but they couldn't make it work in the budget.

Masterminds ain't cheap, so they're not for everyone, but this virtual one will be easier for people to manage.
