If you follow me on social media or read my
libertarian newsletter, you'll know I was scheduled to debate the American Enterprise Institute's Brent Orrell last night, with our resolution being that government restrictions during Covid were "prudent and essential."
I of course was slated to take the negative.
Unfortunately, the debate did not occur.
Sunday morning, after a lengthy illness, Brent's very young granddaughter died.
In light of this unspeakable tragedy, and with very little notice, the Soho Forum team raced to salvage things the best they could, since so many people were coming from out of town to attend.
Brent said he would send along
his opening statement and slides, which moderator Gene Epstein would read, and then we'd have a discussion with the audience.
So that's what we did.
When the Soho Forum alerted ticket holders to the change and offered refunds, 20 people took them up on it (these had to be Brent supporters).
Disappointing overall, because I was very prepared, but of course understandable that it had to be done this way.
And of course not as challenging as a true debate.
When it comes to a publicly advertised debate, I want challenging.
But when it comes to creating your
first online business, you want easy.
So Paul Counts, the man who directs my mastermind and does the marketing for Ron Paul and David Stockman, came up with the most over-the-top done-for-you solution you can imagine.
He's giving you license to sell 52 info products and keep all the profits.
He's giving you upsells for all 52, and you keep all the profits on those, too.
He's giving you ready-made sales pages for all 52 products.
He's giving you promotional material for all 52 products.
If you encounter a more done-for-you solution than that,
I owe you a Coke.
He's been presenting the whole thing this week and is doing an encore presentation tomorrow, so of course reserve your spot and check it out:
