I use WebinarJam to run my online events.
Yesterday I had an event scheduled that I'd promoted for a week.
And when we were set to go live, the entire platform was down and nobody could join.
Zero communication with the customer base. Their Twitter account said nothing about the outage, and we received no email notifications about what was happening or when we
could expect a resolution.
You don't get a second chance after that. I have an event on their platform next week that would be too hard to change now, but after that I will be canceling.
I am very, very sorry that I inconvenienced any of my subscribers. That will NOT happen again.
