Woods Show this week with Jeremy Bellotti, you will note that I admitted to having been wrong on something, and that now I concede the following (I used to think it was all woo-woo):
(1) Your mindset really does affect your performance.
(2) Ideas -- good and bad -- you were raised with can affect the course of your life.
(3) The less baggage we carry in the form of fear, stress and anxiety, the more we are able to make good decisions and perform at our best.
I told the story on my libertarian email list about what Jeremy did at my unconference this past June: he led a session in which he took the worst fear of all of us in that room and helped us overcome it.

There is no shame in this. Almost everyone needs this kind of thing, yet most people are unaware they need it or too proud to seek it out.
