My wife once asked me: if I could go on a long
road trip with any three people, living or dead, whom would I choose?
One of my choices was Thomas Jefferson.
I said: I'd want to describe to him what wound up happening with the U.S. Constitution and the federal government. It's safe to assume he'd be pretty unhappy.
At the same time, I'm sure he'd be intrigued by
the horseless carriage we were using for the drive.
Or that I can write an article and it can be instantaneously read by anyone around the world. That would be downright inconceivable to him.
Likewise, there's so much about 2025 that would appall any normal person, left or right, in 1957, that I couldn't even list it all.
Yet on the other hand, there's so much that in the old days was impossible to do that is now not only possible but stupefyingly easy.
Our friend John Thornhill, the man who escaped a soul-crushing, hyper-repetitive job to become one of the great Internet marketers, has stayed on top of all this, to the point that he can demonstrate how it's now possible to start an information business in under an hour, and without the impossible
expenses of the old days.
That should intrigue all of us, obviously.
John is running demonstrations today, and I suggest you watch one -- there's one coming up just moments from now.
