You didn't realize you'd occasionally be getting
lessons from the gym travails of a middle-aged man, but here we are.
Over Memorial Day weekend my personal trainer, Andrew, held a special event in which he and some members of the gym followed this regimen:
Run a mile
Do 100 pull-ups
Do 200 push-ups
Do 300 air squats
Run another mile
Andrew did that regimen while also wearing a 20-pound vest.
I said to him: I cannot even fathom being in the kind of physical condition necessary to do that.
That was the only time he's ever actually been disappointed in me.
I know it's a cliche, he said, but whether you
think you can or you think you can't, you're right.
Don't tell yourself you can't do it. Tell yourself you'll train to do it.
That's good advice. I don't care if it's woo-woo.
A lot of people never do things that would bring them fulfillment, success, happiness.
In the coming days I'm going to be taking people step by step in a free demonstration, going from zero to a full-blown business that's simple and stress free.
A lot of people don't do it because they're sure they can't.
Most free webinars are a waste of time. There's little to no content and it's all a sales pitch.
I defy you to try to buy anything on this webinar. There ain't nothing for sale.
And I'm not leaving anything out. I'm going to teach you the whole thing, right before your eyes.
The catch is that there's no replay, and you have to be there live.
And you will witness a miracle: the first-ever "free webinar" that was actually worth something.
Remember: whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right.
Reserve your spot and I'll see you there:
