I'm at a dinner with Dr. Robert Malone, and he
happened to mention that he had written a substack today, which reminded me that my newsletter never went out. So here goes..
I'm about to improve your life (yes, again!).
There is a snack that I can't tear myself away from.
The first time I tried it, I thought: meh.
But for some reason I began craving it, and before I knew it I was totally hooked.
The day it's delivered to us, I actually check periodically outside the door to see if it's there.
Right now I'm on a plane headed to Phoenix, Arizona, for the Mises Institute event tomorrow, and I just wrote my wife a note saying I should have brought some.
It's called Carnivore Snax. I wish I could advertise it on the Tom Woods Show. The testimonials I could give!
My favorite is Eye of Round. Two ingredients: beef and salt. Delicious.
Ribeye is good, too. They have numerous varieties. Always just two ingredients.
Now you will no doubt have suspected something: yes, I have a subscription to the Carnivore Snax. My wife generally keeps an eye on our subscriptions and I recently told her: I need more!
Now why would the Carnivore Snax people have a subscription option, instead of solely relying on their customers placing orders when the thought occurs to them?
Because sometimes we forget. I need these snacks. I don't want to rely on remembering to order them. It benefits me to have them
sent regularly, and it benefits the company because they have some sense of the baseline revenue they can count on coming in.
Memberships are the gold standard of online business for this very reason: you're going to the trouble of selling something anyway, so why not set things up so you're making sales in perpetuity?
Almost anything can work:
People who help divorced women manage money.
People who teach people to train their dogs.
Veterinarians who teach people to keep their pets in optimal health.
Math teachers who share their lesson plans with other teachers.
Artists teaching people to paint.
Guitar players teaching people how to play guitar.
Photographers teaching people to take better pictures.
Entrepreneurs teaching people to start their own businesses.
Financial planners teaching people how to manage
their money.
Anything you know about can become a membership.
This guide to memberships is made available for free once a year. Download it and read it, and think about how you and your knowledge could generate dough on a regular basis:
