I was all set to do a book signing at a Barnes
& Noble for my book The Politically Incorrect Guide to American History -- easy, fun, and then I'd head home.
I get to the bookstore, and the manager welcomes me. Oh, and by the way, he says, C-SPAN will be setting up over there.
I beg your pardon?
Evidently C-SPAN was expecting me to deliver remarks (up
to an hour) about my book.
Nobody had told me that. I had nothing planned. I was completely unprepared for this.
I had about five minutes to come up with something, and then the TV cameras would be rolling.
It turned out to be one of the strongest presentations I'd given up to that point. The spontaneity made a huge
difference.
When you've got a new book out, that's the kind of thing you want to do, although preferably you'd like to have a little notice BEFORE YOU'RE ON TV.
Yet this year I released a new book with zero publicity of any kind. And it happens to be by far the most potentially lucrative book I've written. I reserved it for people who attend my high-intensity, three-day
business workshops.
For the next 24 hours, anyone can get it. After that, it goes back to being unavailable at any price, anywhere.
Learn and implement what's in this book and you can see a major difference in the bottom line of your small business.
You can also use what's in this book to power a brand new
business.
I know people and businesses who are leaving enormous sums on the table because they don't know, or refuse to learn, what's in this book.
You, dear reader, won't make the same mistake.
But you have only 24 hours:
