I want you to see something that landed in my
email inbox today.
The weirdos tried to ruin his life, but he won anyway.
Andy Dunn is a father of six in a single-earner household, and during the Covid craziness his company demanded that he get the shot.
But we'll get to that in a minute.
Here's Andy in his own words, saying that when he joined my School of Life he had no idea what he would get out of it but he "knew something needed to change professionally."
Here's Andy (subheadings mine):
When I joined the accountability calls with Barbara Williams, I didn’t have much to say and mostly listened to others. Through the gentle prodding of Barbara and others in the call, some ideas began
formulating.
My Wife and I Launched a Company
I attended the in-person event in 2023. That event cemented the need for my family to start additional income streams, and due to the presentation from Adam Schneider, my wife and I launched Reclaiming Roots Company.
My Wife Created an Income Stream on Etsy
Adam’s presentation on e-commerce provided the encouragement needed for my wife to launch a print-on-demand Etsy storefront, which now has over 600 organic sales. Not only has this provided a steady stream of income that is snowballing in the right direction, but it’s provided an opportunity for my wife and I to work on a business together, bringing us even
closer.
I Became a Financial Coach
Additionally, I started personal financial coaching through the encouragement of consistently joining accountability calls. This has allowed me to help multiple clients improve their financial situation and assist in their personal growth. The monthly personal finance call began late last year with another member and has
allowed me to meet more great people within the school.
When I initially joined the School of Life in November 2022, the company I had worked for since 2010 had recently been acquired by one of the largest consulting firms in the world. Though the acquisition was painted as a good thing when announced, it was clear nothing good would come of it.
Almost immediately,
they instituted a vaccine requirement for all employees, even ones that were fully remote like me. To keep my position, I had to apply for a religious exemption. As a single-income family of 6, options were limited to leaving the company. I have been casually searching for another job since.
I Got a New Job (the Old One Was Run by Covid Crazies)
During an accountability call on August 27th, I mentioned the need to continue applying for external positions. Dave L., who’s been in the same accountability calls for well over a year, suggested applying to the company he currently works at – [name removed].
He provided two links for project manager positions and graciously reached out to the talent acquisition team after I applied
that afternoon. Through Dave’s connection, I was able to speak with the talent acquisition team on August 29th and after three rounds of interviews, received a job offer on September 19th.
The School of Life has made a tremendous impact on me personally and professionally. It provides an incredible opportunity for like-minded individuals to encourage one another to grow in their capabilities and
mindset.
I cannot thank you enough for how the School of Life has impacted me and my family. Keep up the great work spreading liberty, encouraging individuals to grow and being such a positive influence in the world.
How about that.
Oh, and the Dave mentioned in Andy's testimonial? He lost 60 pounds thanks to a
School of Life accountability group.
