"Reunions are for losers," says Tom
DiLorenzo.
One of the rare times when I disagree with ol' Tom.
I enjoy reunions -- not college ones, which are insufferable, but high school ones. My 35th is tomorrow, in Methuen, Massachusetts.
The dumb cliques you divided into during school have all melted away. Everyone is just glad to see each other.
I
guess I'm lucky in that I have overwhelmingly fond memories of those years.
I won two superlatives in high school: "most intellectual" (a polite way of saying "nerdiest") and "most likely to succeed."
Now we all know there is more to success than money, my friends, so no need to state the obvious.
But:
Next week I'm holding a small session just for my high
net-worth folks, or people with considerable capital ready to deploy, with Mike Cobb, founder and CEO of ECI Development.
Mike has spent over two decades building world-class, titled communities in select offshore markets.
The particular offer we're talking about, because it's outside the United States, adds a layer of diversification and privacy most portfolios don’t
have.
It involves beachfront living -- you can even stay there part of the year if you want to enjoy the lifestyle while it generates cash flow the rest of the time.
We’ll reveal all the details on the call, but I can tell you that we're talking about real ownership, not a timeshare, and backed by a trusted global brand you've certainly heard of, so the opposite of
fly-by-night.
Again, this particular one is for my high net-worth folks only. If that's you, be sure to register here:
