Drudge reported today on a new study that,
unlike previous studies, purports to show a causal connection between the use of Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat on the one hand, and decreased well-being and increase proneness to depression on the other.
Evidently people observe the lives of others and conclude that everyone else has a more interesting or satisfying life than they do.
So....
How about, instead of spending all that time watching other people enjoy themselves, you devoted a chunk of that time to improving your own life in a specific, measurable way?
Why not buck the crowd, ignore what 98% of the world is doing, and start something online for yourself that you'll enjoy and that can earn you a
living?
