I know a little something about being efficient with time.
And I know about being inefficient, constantly frustrated at not being able to get more done.
It made me crazy. If I could get more done I knew I could earn more, I could learn more, I could have more leisure time -- yet for some reason I just could not make it happen.
My frustration sometimes came out in my mood: irritable, short, unpleasant.
Not anymore.
I produce a lot. Yet I spend a huge amount of time with my kids. I travel frequently.
