Yes, that was a real case, and yes, the man won.
Now, look: I have no idea what it's like to be blind. That must be a terrible cross to bear.
But.
I cannot imagine ever thinking to myself: instead of simply calling in my pizza order over the phone, which everyone in the world did until three years ago, I think I'll sue the company to force them to cater to my particular needs so I can order in this particular way.
I just cannot imagine acting like that, no matter what my disability was.
Much better to be reasonable, and make an honest living.
