Yesterday I sent what I thought was absurd
(though all too accurate) email about a blind man who successfully sued Domino's Pizza because he couldn't use its app to place his order.
No sooner did I sent that out than one of my readers came back with:
"Ouch! This one hits way too close to home. My company's website also got sued by a blind guy. I've even attached a copy of the court summons we received to prove it. This isn't the first time that the Americans with Disabilities Act has been weaponized against us. We eventually settled. But what hurt even more was my exceedingly diminished faith in humanity."
Well, that's the depressing news.
The good news is this:
There's still time (not more than a few days, though) to watch the replay of our session with Steve Clayton.
This is a guy, remember, who's delivered outstanding results for fellow Tom Woods Show listeners.
This time around he spoke about a non-technical kind of online business that has
-- low ongoing maintenance;
-- low competition;
-- low fixed costs;
-- respectability (in other words, it's something you can be very proud of);
-- high margins;
-- predictability;
and plenty more desirable qualities.
Plus, if you choose to partner with Steve, you get this unfair advantage: his folks will provide all the actual services to your customers for you, thereby freeing you to build up the business.
It's almost not fair that you know me, I'm telling you.
Check it out for yourself:
If after watching it you have any questions, feel free to shoot me a note.
