Two emails ago I mentioned a blind man who successfully sued Domino's Pizza because he couldn't order through their app.
One email ago I noted that one of my readers, seeing this, replied to me that his company, too, had endured a shakedown by a blind man.
And now I get this from another reader:
"A homeless guy broke into my nearly empty old manufacturing building, fell down the stairs, died, and the 'estate' sued me, weaponizing the court system to delay my development project in order to extort a settlement. Not that I'm still bitter about wasting a year of my life in court purgatory of discovery, replies, etc."
Good grief, folks! What the heck is going on out there?
The reader continued:
"Best part about your programs: no property liability, no employee lawsuits, and no target on your back for greedy moochers in society."
Exactly.
Steve Clayton's model for your new business is a perfect example: a simple business offering basic services that are in high demand, and where there's low competition -- and if you partner with Steve his folks will actually perform the services for your customers so you can focus on building your business.
Brilliant.
In fact, a fellow in my private group calls it "a great business model" -- and he would know: it's pretty much what he himself does (thanks to another presentation I set up for my folks several years ago -- the stuff works!).
