In sales contests I blow away people with much larger email lists than I have, and much more experience.
When someone attacks me, I can monetize the attacks simply by hitting the send button.
I can send 16 emails over a long weekend and get virtually no unsubscribes, while making a boatload of sales -- of my own products or of products I promote as an affiliate.

What's the code, and how did I crack it?
I've hinted at it here and there, but never fully explained it.
