I hate making predictions.
It's so easy to be wrong.
That's the nice thing about being a historian: discussing the past involves no predictions at all.
Still:
I have to say something about Michael Bloomberg entering the presidential race.
At last, someone with less likability than Hillary Clinton.
Bloomberg is the ninth richest man in America. He's prepared to spend a fortune.
My prediction: he'll gain no traction.
He has no diehard fans, nobody who feels passionate about him.
He'll get plenty of media attention, but it will do him no good.
What's the lesson here?
An audience isn't enough.
You need something more enticing than Michael Bloomberg to offer them.
For weeks I've been stating the obvious to you: you need to learn how to drive traffic to your website or offer. Lack of traffic is the main reason online businesses fail.
But the hapless Bloomberg introduces a wrinkle: once you have the traffic, you need to show it something attractive. Bloomberg is about to be living proof that traffic alone is not enough.
That's the beauty of the replay I've been urging upon you. We give you a step-by-step overview of an excellent free traffic method (one you would never have thought of but which you'll love), but we also show you how to convert that traffic into sales/revenue, even if you don't have any of your own products.
The video comes down at midnight Eastern, though, so secretly carve out some time at work to listen:
