Lately I don't typically write to you on a Sunday because I like to just let my folks relax, but I can scarcely think of a
more relaxing thing to do than learn world domination.
I just read that Sean Lennon is asking people to donate in order to help Tulsi Gabbard qualify for the next debate. She's the only candidate truly campaigning against unnecessary wars, he says.
That's an interesting news item, to be sure, but even more interesting are things Lennon said earlier this year.
"When I was young the most interesting people were left wing intellectuals," Lennon wrote on Twitter. "Believe it or not."
As the thread developed, Lennon added: "We’ve become the church lady as person below says. It’s embarrassing. We’re offended by comedy and science. It’s pathetic."
Why does this matter?
Because Sean Lennon, as John and Yoko's son, has an audience.
You are not John and Yoko's son.
You have to build your audience the hard way -- either with money or (lots of) time.
