Remember the IHME model, which was the basis for the estimate of as many as 240,000 U.S. COVID-19
deaths?
That's the one that was then revised downward to 80,000, and then to 61,000.
They've revised it again.
It now says 69,000 deaths, but at this point who can take the thing seriously, especially with how liberally deaths are being ascribed to COVID-19.
However, here's the interesting thing:
It says we're past the period of peak hospitalizations.
Remember all those hospital bed shortages we were supposed to have? Oops! Sorry. Didn't happen.
This is not because we've been doing a great job living like vegetables. The model always took social distancing into account.
April 1 we were told 262,000 beds would be needed. Then 94,000. Now it's 57,000 beds -- and that was at the peak, which already passed three days ago.
Models get updated with new data so they aren't meant to be accurate, is the latest b.s. crap from our new priesthood.
I see. So 12 days ago we needed 262,000 beds at the peak, and now we find out we needed 57,000 at the peak -- and that the peak was three days ago.
Some model. Really useful!
My gut tells me these models need work.
By contrast, I have something for you that's tried and true, and which you can get started on while you're stuck at home (a punishment you're enduring precisely because of these models, as it turns out).
It's called The Lockdown Formula.
It assumes you're 7, have never run even a simple business, and works you up from scratch to have the kind of business I have, which I wouldn't give up for anything in the world -- even a sit-down meal in a restaurant during lockdown.
Plus, the best bonus ever: my five case studies of how I've monetized my haters.
Isn't that juicy?
Actually making dough off nasty people's nastiness?
It takes skill, though.
I'll teach that to you as my bonus, which is worth the whole purchase price (which ain't much) of the Lockdown Formula.
If you don't get this bonus, the haters have won:

P.S. My bonus will be automatically inside your WarriorPlus account, which will be created when you get the product. If you have trouble finding it, write and I'll help you.
