But there's nothing wrong with that! With nearly 200,000 new titles published per year, you will get lost in the shuffle if you don't do something to make yourself stand out.
Peter knows what he's doing. He needs to get eyeballs on his book, so he's going to use a strategy that other people may scoff at, but which works.
You may not have a book, and you may not be on TV.
But if you're reading this, then either right now or at some point in the future you will need to get eyeballs onto something; your website, your offer, whatever.
And you'll need to know what works best.
Because there are a lot of things that don't work at all, and most people give up because they spend their time -- quite fruitlessly -- trying to get those to work.
