Yesterday I played a game with my daughters called Patently Stupid.
It works like this:
(1) Players come up with a problem that people need solved.
(2) Players develop inventions to solve the problem.
(3) Players pitch their inventions, and whichever player generates the most investment for his invention wins.
So:
The problem needing a solution was:
“I wish I could meet one of the original munchkins in the Wizard of Oz.”
Now obviously this problem can’t be solved by an invention, but it’s just a game.
Here was my invention:
The Death Reverser
Here was its tagline:
“Remember, kids, all the original munchkins are dead now!”
My 15-year-old daughter Veronica thought that was hilarious.
My ten-year-old, Elizabeth, didn’t.
Later that day, I told Amy, my 14-year-old, that Elizabeth hadn’t found my munchkins-are-dead joke funny. At that very moment, in walked Elizabeth (known for her jokes about my height), who said, deadpan, “Well, you’re still alive.”
Ouch!
Now what’s great about this game is that it teaches kids that people prosper by solving other people’s problems.
And that is precisely what we are teaching you to do, and – as a bonus – in a way that makes you unshutdownable.
Except in what we’re teaching, you don’t have to invent anything. You do not need to create the products that help people. Let other people have those headaches.
I gave you a taste of how this is done in episode 1722 of the Tom Woods Show, but in this second and final live workshop we’re getting very specific.
If we won’t set up an anti-Fauci barrier to our livelihoods now, then when?
My friend, do not even consider not attending tonight – just one hour from now.
At the very least you’ll learn about a world whose existence I suspect will be brand new to you, and which will give you fruitful ideas for your own future.
But I suspect it will do a lot more than that.
