A CNN reporter just took down a Tweet claiming that over 5.8 million people would have to die before the
strategy of "herd immunity" could take hold.
His figure was such a wild overestimate, and so widely mocked by knowledgeable people, that he deleted it and promised to "do better going forward."
Alex Berenson, in turn, thanked him for the admission and the apology, but then said: sure would be nice if CNN could delete the past six months' worth of panic porn.
The average person has much, much more to fear from arbitrary shutdowns, and seeing his life savings dissipated, than he does from the virus.
Time to do something about that.
