I am probably too hard on "mindset" courses.
I think they're generally fluff and a waste of time.
Yet lately ol' Woods has started to soften. (No, I am absolutely NOT promoting a mindset course to you -- I haven't softened THAT much.)
The fact is, we know perfectly well that there are ways of thinking that sabotage people. After all, for decades libertarians have been saying this about the welfare state and the way it warps people's attitudes.
There are other ways of thinking that may not be full-on sabotage, but that are surely keeping you locked in conventional behaviors and courses of action.
There's one in particular that changed my life and prospects completely as soon as I identified it and changed it.
