My friend Michael Malice, who's used to the culinary options of New York, wanted
sushi in when he visited me in Orlando.
Why, no problem! We have plenty of sushi places here!
Ahem.
Had it not been a private dinner, I would show you the picture of Michael's face as he took his first
bite.
So now you get our sushi reference in a recent episode.
Moral of the story: it's not enough to find examples of what you're looking for. You want to find good ones.
Same goes for affiliate
programs. There are many out there in a great many niches. But (1) it's hard to know where to find them, especially if you're a newbie; and (2) where are the good ones?
Big commissions alone don't make for a good affiliate program; you also need a product people actually buy. An 80% commission on zero is still zero.
If only there were some kind of book, some kind of directory to guide you to the best affiliate programs, and save you time and frustration.
